Through the PWNC Foundation Transition Program, the Foundation team works with entrepreneurs to create and grow their businesses, also those looking to transition from their part and full time employment to full-time entrepreneurship. In addition to assisting start-up businesses, we also help existing businesses that are either struggling or looking to grow. The Transition program includes mentorship, business education, peer-to-peer support, business support, financing, seminars and workshops on important topics for business owners.

Topics include Business Structure, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Strategic Planning, Goal Setting, Leadership, Funding Sources and much more. We have extensive experience in working with Entrepreneurs and working to revitalize economically depressed communities.

Our experience has taught us that, many times, entrepreneurs need technical assistance from experts. Whether it is legal assistance needed to create contracts or structure the business properly, or tax advice to ensure they are operating legally, we have found this expertise to be an invaluable resource for entrepreneurs. Because many of our clients are on tight budgets, they forego these expenses initially. By offering to assist with these fees, we ensure businesses are getting started on stable ground and working with trusted, knowledgeable professionals.

We work with a DIVERSE group of business owners to produce strong, stable businesses Nationally. We make sure we provide the resources that are necessary for our women to thrive and grow their businesses. We are a 100% Female Minority-Owned Business. Diversity amongst our team is a priority, and we are intentional in building a diverse team. Building strong relationship is important to us.

We put the necessary time and effort into building strong relationships because we know they are invaluable. We focus on Equity and Inclusion every day, these are the important issues that need to be addressed especially in the business realm. Everyone deserves a seat at the table.

The PWNC Foundation program is for  those who are ready to take the leap into full time entrepreneurship. When you are ready then we are ready to work with you. Cheers to your success!
