Registration Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the registration details you submit, including your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, city, state, optional business name, industry, business status, current challenge, learning interests, timeline, consent choice and campaign source information when present.

How we use your information

We use this information to administer the BBA Free Live Workshop, confirm your registration, provide access information and reminders, understand attendee needs, improve workshop content and send relevant BBA communications consistent with your consent.

Email, Messenger and Zoom

Registration confirmation and eligible workshop reminders may be sent by email. The Zoom access link, schedule changes and important workshop updates are shared in the private Facebook Messenger group. The workshop is hosted on Zoom. Facebook and Zoom process information under their own privacy policies and practices.

Who receives registration data

PWNC Digital Futures and Branding By Sumit may share registration data with each other only as reasonably necessary to organize, communicate about and administer the workshop. We do not sell registrant data.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a WordPress registration system. Access is limited to authorized website administrators. Registration records are retained for workshop administration, follow-up and legitimate operational needs, then should be reviewed and deleted when no longer required.

Your choices

You can use the signed unsubscribe link in a workshop reminder email to cancel future reminders for that registration. You may also contact us to request that relevant registration information be reviewed, corrected or deleted, subject to reasonable operational and legal requirements.
